Create proposal visuals, infographics, and presentations for Peraton’s U.S. Federal agency pursuits. Partner with technical, proposal, and business development teams in a hybrid role.

- Support Peraton proposal professionals on business development pursuits for major U.S. Federal agencies
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical specialists, business development leaders, and writers to develop visuals for RFIs, white papers, and proposals
- Design cover art, oral presentation materials, posters, CD/DVD labels, infographics, network schematics, and other graphics
- Work onsite in line with proposal team scheduling needs
- Travel to and work from Northern Virginia offices and Annapolis Junction when required
Requirements
- At least five years of experience and a BS or BA degree
- At least three years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
- Understanding of print production workflows, printers, and plotters
- Ability to develop sophisticated graphic concepts from written or verbal direction
- Portfolio available upon request
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; an active Secret clearance or higher is preferred
- Willingness to travel and work from Northern Virginia offices and Annapolis Junction as needed
- At least three years of Federal or State proposal experience
- FEDSIM proposal experience is required
- Experience with AI-powered graphic design or image-generation tools
- U.S. citizenship
- A BA or BS in Graphic Arts, Web Design, Fine Arts, or Communications Arts, or a Graphic Design certificate or associate degree is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project Gantt charts is preferred
- At least one year of experience creating proposal graphics is preferred
- Knowledge of a leading proposal methodology, such as Shipley Associates, is preferred
- An active TS/SCI clearance is preferred
