Description
- Lead features from design through release, identifying UX issues early, prioritizing core value, and managing technical debt.
- Assess feasibility, document requirements, estimate delivery timelines, and plan work with product managers.
- Help teammates stay unblocked through timely pull-request reviews, pair programming, and hands-on coaching.
- Use AI tools to streamline routine work such as unit testing, documentation, and clarification tasks.
- Define frontend architecture, guide technology decisions, and maintain strong engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least three years of software engineering experience developing web frontends with ReactJS.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
- Demonstrated ownership of assigned work and outcomes.
- Willingness to learn technologies and apply them to practical business challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Openness to learning from colleagues.
- Motivation to strengthen the wider engineering team.
- Full-stack flexibility and willingness to work with new frameworks across the stack are advantageous.
- Experience deploying applications on scalable cloud platforms such as AWS is advantageous.
