- Work independently with technical ownership
- Support planning activities and guide less experienced developers
- Contribute to an engineering culture centered on quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up development and test automation
- Develop with Java, Spring, React, JUnit, Mockito, Git, and Hibernate
- Bring a digital mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to improve processes, experiences, and results
Requirements
- Professional experience with Java 11 or later and the Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, component design, and REST API integration
- Ability to apply SOLID principles with a strong command of design patterns
- Practical understanding of Clean Code and Clean or Hexagonal Architecture
- Strong background in unit testing
- Working knowledge of Test-Driven Development
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working with Java application servers, particularly WildFly
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, JetBrains AI, Anthropic, and ChatGPT
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence tools, applications, and concepts
