Description
- Build and improve backend services with Java and Spring Boot
- Connect applications to AWS services including SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and Redis
- Design and query Oracle and MongoDB data stores for performance and scalability
- Produce clean, testable code following SOLID, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles
- Contribute to technical design and engineering decisions
- Help the team through code reviews and ongoing service improvements
- Develop distributed, scalable, and resilient microservices for a benefits-industry project
Requirements
- Be located in Brazil
- Bring at least 3 years of experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+
- Have production experience with AWS services including SNS/SQS, S3, and Lambda
- Understand event-driven architecture, including event modeling, contracts, topics and queues, dead-letter queues, and idempotency
- Have hands-on experience with microservices, service-to-service communication, API versioning, and basic observability
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Oracle relational databases and MongoDB NoSQL databases
- Have experience with automated testing using JUnit and Mockito
- Understand and apply unit and integration testing practices
- Apply SOLID, Clean Code, layered architecture, and Clean Architecture principles in practice
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Redis/ElastiCache, artificial intelligence, Azure DevOps, or DDD is a plus
