Description

  • Lead enterprise document and records-management design, implementation, and configuration baselines across Oracle WebCenter Content and Records Management
  • Define document capture, metadata, taxonomy, classification, versioning, access control, and search requirements
  • Partner with records owners to establish declarations, retention schedules, legal holds, archiving, disposition, and audit evidence
  • Validate OCR, bilingual and Arabic search, and terminology requirements
  • Design integrations with Oracle Fusion attachments, Enterprise Contracts, OIC/APIs, and approved Legal, Audit, Board, or Governance extensions
  • Support content migration planning and object mapping
  • Lead system integration testing for content and records scope while supporting business UAT
  • Coordinate controls for restricted content, record and field access, privileged content, audit trails, and retention compliance
  • Complete operational procedures, performance metrics, retention and audit controls, administration and user documentation, and handover materials

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience with Oracle WebCenter Content, Records Management, and enterprise document management systems
  • Hands-on and lead-level experience designing and configuring WebCenter Content, document capture, versioning, access controls, and search
  • Demonstrated expertise in retention schedules, records declaration, legal holds, archiving, disposition, and audit evidence
  • Practical experience with OCR, enterprise search, bilingual or Arabic search, and terminology governance
  • Experience integrating WebCenter with Oracle Fusion attachments and business processes through OIC, APIs, APEX, or approved extensions
  • Experience supporting content migrations and object mapping, with strong security controls for restricted documents, record and field access, and audit trails
  • Ability to create WebCenter configuration baselines, provide MD.050 and MD.070 design inputs, and lead testing and handover activities
  • Enterprise taxonomy and metadata design experience is preferred
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM with WebCenter repositories is preferred
  • Experience with large-repository content migrations and structured reconciliation is preferred
  • Experience contributing to framework documentation such as RD.011, BF.016, TE.040, and DO.070 is preferred
  • Strong understanding of production supportability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness for content platforms is preferred
  • Generic SharePoint or DMS experience alone, WebCenter administration without records-management depth, or a lack of bilingual search and Fusion integration experience is insufficient for this role
