Description

  • Evaluate sales, operational, and campaign KPIs to uncover trends, problems, and growth opportunities.
  • Track incentive campaigns and refine approaches with the sales team.
  • Create integrated dashboards that turn fragmented data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Automate reporting and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Help restructure and streamline internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate, current content on the information portal.
  • Partner across departments to convert operational challenges, metrics, and pain points into data-driven solutions.
  • Recommend ongoing improvements that boost performance, remove friction, and strengthen the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data, BI, or Software Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience analyzing sales data, detecting patterns, and comparing commercial indicators with operational conditions.
  • Comfort making sound decisions when data is incomplete.
  • Ability to explain complex analyses clearly and influence sales, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Intermediate English for interpreting technical content, supporting analyses, joining discussions and presentations, and preparing materials.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Advanced Power BI or Tableau skills.
  • A curious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with VBA, Power Query, or data-processing languages.
  • Experience delivering process automation and data integration projects across multiple sources.
  • Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, BigQuery, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in Python.
