Description
- Edit, copyedit, proofread, and fact-check digital and print pharmaceutical advertising materials
- Review internal and external presentations along with corporate communications
- Maintain editorial consistency and FDA compliance throughout each project
- Lead the editorial workflow for assigned brands
- Act as the primary editorial voice for assigned brands
- Handle editing, claim verification, and submission activities across clients and brands
- Develop, maintain, and communicate brand style guidelines
- Work with cross-functional teams to support accuracy and compliance
- Monitor industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Help develop and implement editorial best practices
- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive conduct
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong command of current AMA style guidelines
- Experience with medical, regulatory, or legal review is preferred
- Familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion is preferred
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Able to conduct literature searches and interpret journal articles and medical literature
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Highly detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
