Marketing Project Coordinator - Kidde Global Solutions - Remote US

Coordinate creative and marketing initiatives for Kidde Global Solutions, a fire-safety company. Manage schedules, workflows, deliverables, stakeholders, and approvals through completion.

Description

  • Manage assigned creative and marketing initiatives from initial briefing through final delivery
  • Create and update schedules, tasks, milestones, timelines, and workflow details in Adobe Workfront and other marketing platforms
  • Coordinate concurrent workstreams involving creative teams, marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, ownership, risks, dependencies, and upcoming actions
  • Spot delivery obstacles and work with teams or leaders to resolve or escalate them
  • Run recurring project updates, reviews, and workflow meetings
  • Confirm that briefs, requirements, decisions, and approvals are fully documented and complete
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners, vendors, and freelancers when required
  • Develop effective working partnerships across marketing and related teams
  • Contribute to additional Marketing Operations and Creative Operations initiatives as needed
  • Handle other related responsibilities assigned to the role

Requirements

  • Remote position in the United States, with preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • At least three years of experience in project coordination, project management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field
  • At least two years of professional experience within or directly supporting a marketing organization preferred
  • At least one year of project management or coordination experience in consumer-packaged goods, durable goods, manufacturing, or another product-based organization preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders at the same time
  • Experience collaborating directly with creative professionals, including graphic designers
  • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing creative work involving graphic design, packaging, digital, ecommerce, photography, video, print, or other marketing outputs
  • Experience supporting physical-product launches or marketing programs
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront or another project or work management system
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce settings
  • Understanding of creative workflows and the ability to turn briefs and requirements into actionable tasks and schedules
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize project risks and escalate issues appropriately
