Marketing Communications Manager (Remote, Georgia) at GoMining

Lead integrated marketing communications for GoMining’s digital mining, token, wallet, card, and fintech products. Coordinate launches, messaging, channels, compliance, and campaign measurement across international teams.

Description

  • Manage one company-wide communications calendar for launches, releases, campaigns, promotions, and announcements, including owners and deadlines.
  • Lead product and brand launches from planning through delivery, converting go-to-market direction into channel plans for CRM, in-product experiences, community, social, web, blog, app stores, paid assets, and PR.
  • Prepare creative and content briefs that define deliverables and timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison with design and production, prioritising work, sequencing requests, and removing blockers.
  • Monitor dependencies across product, legal, compliance, and finance so assets receive approval and launch on time.
  • Organise coordinated communications with partners, collaborators, and sponsors.
  • Partner with analytics and CRM teams to review campaign performance, lead retrospectives, and incorporate findings into future briefs.
  • Develop and maintain the messaging framework for GoMining’s product portfolio.
  • Turn technical and financial concepts into clear, accessible content.
  • Quality-check external communications for consistent tone and messaging.
  • Maintain messaging documentation, key-message summaries, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, and launch templates.
  • Create and edit launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive content, and partner materials.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on advertising and financial-promotion rules across channels and jurisdictions.
  • Monitor competitor messaging and communications trends across the crypto and fintech markets.

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, integrated campaigns, or brand communications, gained in-house at a fintech, marketplace, consumer app, or scale-up, or in an agency serving comparable clients.
  • Demonstrate full ownership of multi-channel launches, including the ability to explain what you delivered from initial brief through results and what you learned.
  • Write and edit confidently in English at C1 level or above; assessment will focus on practical copy rather than CV descriptors.
  • Show strong project management skills, including prioritisation, dependency management, deadline control, and budget coordination across teams outside your direct management.
  • Maintain high creative standards while setting boundaries, adjusting timelines, or explaining when senior-stakeholder requests fall outside scope.
  • Be comfortable learning complex products and understanding their mechanics accurately before communicating them.
  • Use campaign data to evaluate performance and improve subsequent briefs.
  • Have experience managing external agencies or creative studios.
  • Experience with crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments, or investment products is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of advertising restrictions for financial and crypto products across platforms and jurisdictions is advantageous.
  • Experience creating brand or messaging systems from the ground up is advantageous.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.

Benefits

  • Receive support for professional development, including courses, conferences, and English learning, with coverage of up to 100%.
  • Work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement with flexible hours across international teams.
  • Receive up to 20 vacation days, eight company holidays, and five personal days annually.
  • Participate in structured performance reviews and team recognition awards.
  • Join company retreats in international destinations, including access to company apartments in Cyprus.
