Marketing Communications Intern (6-Month FTC) – Bucharest Hybrid

Join Trendyol’s marketing team in Bucharest on a six-month internship supporting e-commerce campaigns. Help coordinate digital content, CRM communications, market research, competitor analysis, and campaign reporting.

Description

  • Maintain and update content across digital marketing channels, CRM campaigns, and on-site banners
  • Upload, organize, and manage digital marketing assets through internal content management systems
  • Select and curate high-performing, style-focused products for promotional materials, newsletters, and Product Detail Page pop-ups
  • Monitor fashion and e-commerce trends and contribute ideas for future campaigns
  • Research competitors and compare their visual and written marketing communications
  • Help coordinate cross-channel projects, track campaigns, and prepare regular marketing reports
  • Contribute to campaign delivery, content coordination, market research, on-site image optimization, and CRM communications
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Category, and Operations teams

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, with limited professional experience
  • Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or commercial content is advantageous
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with dependable follow-through and strong task-prioritization skills
  • Analytical thinker who can read, interpret, and organize marketing data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with project management and communication platforms such as Slack and Trello
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian
