Logistics Equipment Executive – São Paulo

Coordinate container equipment, maintenance, documentation, and delivery operations for Pacific International Lines in an onsite São Paulo role.

Description

  • Oversee logistics activities covering container positioning, warehousing, and deliveries
  • Arrange the recovery of containers held by authorities or retained by customers past the agreed period
  • Work with vendors, carriers, depots, terminals, and internal teams to keep cargo moving on schedule
  • Keep inventory, shipment, and delivery records accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and process regulatory logistics documentation
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Help resolve logistics problems and improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work, including photographic documentation, repair timelines, and cost control
  • Monitor container yard dwell times and support prompt evacuation and turnaround

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of experience with shipping companies
  • Experience managing reefer, dry, and other logistics equipment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with logistics software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics practices
  • Brazilian nationality or an existing legal right to work in Brazil
