Logistics Equipment Executive – São Paulo
Coordinate container equipment, maintenance, documentation, and delivery operations for Pacific International Lines in an onsite São Paulo role.

- Oversee logistics activities covering container positioning, warehousing, and deliveries
- Arrange the recovery of containers held by authorities or retained by customers past the agreed period
- Work with vendors, carriers, depots, terminals, and internal teams to keep cargo moving on schedule
- Keep inventory, shipment, and delivery records accurate and up to date
- Prepare and process regulatory logistics documentation
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Help resolve logistics problems and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance and repair work, including photographic documentation, repair timelines, and cost control
- Monitor container yard dwell times and support prompt evacuation and turnaround
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
- At least three years of experience with shipping companies
- Experience managing reefer, dry, and other logistics equipment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with logistics software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
- Fluent in Spanish
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of international shipping and logistics practices
- Brazilian nationality or an existing legal right to work in Brazil
