Logistics Data Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)

Support LMI’s federal radiological and nuclear detection programs by building Excel reports, validating data, and improving program workflows.

Description

  • Help government agencies develop and sustain radiological and nuclear detection programs.
  • Provide resources, processes, facilitation, and guidance for document development and strategic planning.
  • Assist with developing plans and procedures.
  • Build, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets for program operations and reporting.
  • Clean, validate, and standardize data for accuracy and federal reporting compliance.
  • Deliver analytical products to federal and contractor personnel.
  • Evaluate organizational practices and design systems and procedures.
  • Find ways to automate workflows, simplify reporting, and improve access to data.
  • Document data processes, formulas, dashboards, and reporting standards.
  • Analyze complex datasets and explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals.
  • Support program management and grant program execution.
  • Travel as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Three to ten years of relevant experience.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to obtain DHS suitability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a government consultant.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
