- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services.
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide patient care as part of a clinical team.
- Use both in-person clinic and telehealth care models.
- Coordinate with administrative teams for scheduling and billing.
Requirements
- Hold full professional licensure in Wisconsin.
- Maintain an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT credential.
- Have experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
