- Win companies for the sports rights portfolio through cold outreach
- Manage existing clients, deepen relationships, and build lasting partnerships
- Create new marketing concepts, sales products, and business models with management
- Analyze competitors and keep relevant documentation up to date
- Research information tailored to client needs
- Help deliver sponsorship agreements and activations
- Support the company’s mission and ongoing growth
Requirements
- Experience marketing sports clubs or associations is beneficial but not required
- Previous sales experience and confidence with cold outreach
- Ability to engage clients and deliver compelling presentations
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sports, including esports
- Creative, proactive, and self-directed approach to work
- Business-level English is an advantage
- Residence in the greater Mainz area is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
