Description

  • Arrange meetings with notaries, bank advisors, and founders to support legally valid acquisitions.
  • Support customers from onboarding through successful completion.
  • Maintain an efficient process by filing all documents accurately.
  • Manage and document processes in HubSpot.
  • Keep records accurate, complete, and current.
  • Prepare reports for the internal team, management, and Berliner Volksbank.
  • Identify prospective customers for shelf companies.
  • Guide qualified prospects independently through to closing.
  • Develop new partner relationships while influencing personal results and commission.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or vocational qualification, such as office management, banking, or legal assistant training.
  • Some sales or operations experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and following up with prospective customers.
  • Communicates confidently and courteously with customers and external partners.
  • Organized and methodical when handling multiple processes at once.
  • Basic CRM knowledge; HubSpot or comparable experience is preferred.
  • Careful with data management and focused on practical solutions.
  • Very strong German and English language skills.
