Description
- Support the Integrated Management System under ISO 9001, ISO 39001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, following the unit’s established guidance.
- Track each second- and third-party quality audit cycle, including investigations, corrective action plans, evidence, and communication with auditors and certification bodies.
- Manage measuring-equipment calibration to maintain compliance with applicable parameters and standards.
- Help the management team improve processes by supporting resource planning and analyzing outcomes.
- Coordinate the handling of improvement findings and assist with implementing related action plans.
- Help maintain performance gains and resolve nonconformities identified through internal and external audits.
- Track management-system performance through the measurement and analysis of process indicators.
Requirements
- Internal Auditor training or certification covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Quality Management.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Experience tracking audit cycles, managing measuring-equipment calibration, and reviewing procedures against ISO standards.
- Availability for fully onsite work in Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil.
- Specialization in Quality Management is an advantage.
- ISO 39001 Internal Auditor training or certification is an advantage.
- Training in MASP, process mapping, and reading and interpreting basic technical drawings is an advantage.
