Description
- Consolidate and interpret financial results, tracking performance indicators, variances, and trends
- Create detailed management reports for leadership
- Assist management with target setting, action plans, and performance improvement strategies
- Spot deviations, risks, and opportunities affecting financial and operational performance
- Analyze performance across areas, products, and business units
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams by delivering relevant data and insights
- Build and improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining reliable data
- Recommend improvements to results tracking, analysis, and consolidation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, self-directed, and willing to work hands-on
- Comfort adapting to changing work environments
