Description

Build and maintain data-loading procedures and SQL datamarts that support reporting solutions.
Convert data into BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports as part of end-to-end BI solution development.
Turn analytical and technical specifications into functional BI solutions.
Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Manage the full IT delivery lifecycle, from estimation and design through development, documentation, testing, deployment, release, and post-release verification.
Document BI solutions and the underlying data logic.
Provide technical subject-matter support to business and product development teams and business analysts building effective BI solutions.

Requirements

Professional hands-on experience in IT development, with a clear understanding of how software and data solutions progress from requirements to production.
Strong SQL experience for reporting applications.
Background developing BI reports and dashboards with Tableau, QlikSense, WebFOCUS, Looker, or comparable tools.
Sound knowledge of relational databases, database design, and data warehousing principles.
Ability to work from structured requirements and technical specifications.
Effective communication skills.
Analytical thinking and careful attention to detail.
Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum.
Banking-sector experience is an advantage.
