Description
- Perform scheduled inventory cycle checks and counts
- Review WMS transaction histories to investigate, resolve, and prevent stock discrepancies
- Coordinate communications with the customer
- Support stock and order queries with accurate, timely updates
- Maintain relevant work documents in the warehouse management system
Requirements
- Prior inventory experience is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous inventory experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office with particular proficiency in Excel
- Practical experience using warehouse management systems
