Inventory Control Analyst – Nestlé, Tultitlán Onsite

Description

  • Keep finished-goods inventory records current and reconcile them through physical and system-based counts.
  • Ensure compliance with distribution policies, procedures, and good operating practices.
  • Schedule and participate in physical inventories at company warehouses, logistics operators, and external storage facilities.
  • Analyze and reconcile variances between physical and system inventories to identify discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate product-delivery discrepancies using physical evidence and information systems, and coordinate the required adjustments.
  • Manage slow-moving and obsolete materials by monitoring aging reports and coordinating actions with commercial and controlling teams.
  • Process and verify inventory outflows, including donations, disposals, and other special movements, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate indicators related to inventory adjustments, goods in transit, and damaged products.
  • Drive improvement initiatives with the relevant teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental guidelines by reporting unsafe conditions or acts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or engineering qualification in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple organizational departments.
  • Proficiency with SAP.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of warehouse administration and distribution.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and analytical approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proactive cooperation and commitment to safety and process compliance.
