Inventory Auditor – Circle K, Alaska

Conduct physical audits of merchandise, cash, fuel, and operational compliance at Circle K convenience stores in Alaska. The role includes store counts, deposit verification, and occasional overnight travel.

Description

  • Perform physical merchandise and cash counts in Circle K stores using a handheld computer
  • Inform store managers about pricing errors and remove expired or out-of-code merchandise
  • Count and document cash, checks, food stamps, register contents, TACC tubes, and safe contents
  • Verify money orders, lottery ticket inventory, and bank deposits
  • Check gasoline inventory by inspecting tanks and testing for water
  • Survey stores for compliance with operational and financial procedures
  • Follow all applicable safety procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Support team objectives by completing related duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store setting
  • Valid driver’s license without major offenses and current liability car insurance
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
