Internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant
Internal consultant for EAG, a European engineering group, leading the migration from NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Focused on accounting, finance, and functional implementation.
Description
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across financial and management accounting and finance processes
- Manage the NAV/Navision migration to Business Central in partnership with the implementation provider
- Provide functional expertise in finance and accounting
- Analyze business processes, define solutions, and configure Business Central
- Support the organization throughout the implementation
- Gather requirements and deliver functional design, testing, user training, and support
- Review the current Navision structure and configuration, determining which information must be transferred to Business Central and how
- Report to the company’s Finance Director
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams
Requirements
- Higher education in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in a comparable role
- Experience with general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, fixed assets, closing, and financial reporting processes
- B1 level of English
- Additional languages are valued
- Knowledge of and experience with Business Central programming
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business users and technical teams
