Description
- Manage the full sales process for leads interested in Fluency Academy courses
- Present course offerings through a structured pitch and clear knowledge of the solutions
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective students throughout their decision-making process
- Help the sales team meet its targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in target-based commercial environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold consultative customer conversations
- Proactive, energetic, and focused on results
- Able to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues
- Located in Curitiba or the surrounding area
- Willing to accept a temporary contract that may become permanent
- Available for hybrid work with four days on-site and two days from home each week, including one Saturday
