- Coordinate campaign briefs, product deliveries, content requirements, and brand alignment.
- Track partnership results and turn performance insights into actionable next steps.
- Create fresh concepts for creator campaigns, user-generated content, and authentic brand storytelling.
- Grow the affiliate marketing program through a structured, long-term approach.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce while contributing practical ideas.
Requirements
- Professional experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator management for e-commerce.
- Strong judgment when working with brands, people, and authentic communication.
- Genuine interest in building networks and sustaining long-term professional relationships.
- Organized, independent working style combined with enthusiasm for hands-on execution.
- Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a strong feel for tone and messaging.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- Interest in equestrian sports or genuine enthusiasm for the equestrian sector is optional.
