Hybrid Sales Design Consultant

Closets By Design is hiring a Sales Design Consultant to meet customers in their homes, recommend custom organization solutions, and close residential sales. The role includes pre-set appointments and provided leads and marketing materials.

Description

  • Start each sales route with pre-set appointments, using leads and marketing materials provided.
  • Build customer rapport and learn about their organizational needs.
  • Tour customers’ homes to identify opportunities.
  • Explain the available products and services.
  • Apply sales training and communication skills to address residential customers’ home organization needs.
  • Recommend closet designs and complete sales.

Requirements

  • No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
  • Able to take coaching.
  • Growth-oriented outlook.
  • Willingness to complete 16 weeks of paid sales training.
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Auto insurance.
  • Willingness to enter customers’ homes, recommend closet designs, and make sales.
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening.
