HCM Org Design Consultant – Workday Service Delivery | Coca-Cola | Taguig
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an HCM consultant to support Workday restructures, data quality, EIB mass loads, and HR service delivery across operations in the Philippines and Costa Rica.
Description
- Own and support processes for organizational reorganizations and restructures
- Work with PS service lines and HR teams to deliver restructures, coordinate milestones, and support HR and Finance governance discussions
- Maintain accurate and complete Workday data aligned with the operating structure
- Lead Workday data quality and HCM process activities
- Advise on complex cases, EIB mass loads, and organizational restructures
- Review HR data and processes, identify improvement opportunities, define actions, and monitor service metrics
- Advance continuous improvement initiatives across Workday and HCM Operations
- Assess business processes and help develop solutions that strengthen service delivery and operational effectiveness
- Develop collaborative relationships with HR, Finance, PS service lines, and HCM Operations stakeholders
- Create and maintain content using Nexthink and Connect
- Support data governance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Three to six years of practical experience with Workday Core HCM
- Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM business processes and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) or mass loads
- Experience delivering restructures and managing related projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving, creative thinking, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate with people at all organizational levels
- Ability to assess HR data, processes, and systems
- Ability to work with Workday data quality and HCM processes
