Growth Marketing Manager at Crypto Banter (Remote)
Lead full-funnel growth for Crypto Banter’s challenge-based crypto, AI, and trading venture. Scale Meta Ads, improve creative and lifecycle performance, and optimize acquisition for stronger ROI and conversion.
Description
- Own the full-funnel growth system, from paid acquisition and campaign execution to landing pages and email sequences through sign-up
- Oversee creative quality across hooks, angles, and performance copy in collaboration with designers and editors
- Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, reallocate spend, and refine funnel logic to improve revenue and ROI
- Define audience strategy, uncover new segments, and develop warming and conversion approaches
- Run lifecycle journeys from Meta lead generation through challenge participation
- Manage the tools and tracking that sustain engagement from the initial click through the final product
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a record of scaling paid campaigns for information products, webinars, or digital challenges
- A strong understanding of how story-driven challenge and transformation offers differ from standard SaaS products
- A data-focused, analytical approach with the ability to diagnose funnel leakage
- Confidence using Typeform, landing-page builders, and CRM platforms
- The ability to brief, assess, and iterate on high-performing creative
- Experience marketing to finance, crypto, trading, digital product, or ecommerce audiences
- Strong written and spoken UK English
- Working knowledge of SEO, search, and Google campaigns is desirable
- Exchange experience is desirable
- Understanding of trading is desirable
