Description

  • Prepare morning or previous-evening summaries of clients’ emails, calendar appointments, and outstanding tasks
  • Produce game announcements, score updates, and TV or commercial graphics from existing client templates
  • Edit long-form podcast recordings by removing dead time and extracting short clips for publication
  • Ready content for distribution
  • Publish graphics and written copy across clients’ channels
  • Adjust work promptly as client schedules change frequently

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with design tools and templates, with the ability to work independently
  • Basic ability to edit long-form audio or video, remove dead time, and extract short clips
  • Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills for daily recaps, publishing copy, and following instructions
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work with minimal preparation from the client
  • Flexibility to accommodate frequent changes to client schedules
  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Computer with a processor of at least 1.8 GHz and at least 4 GB of RAM
