Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover) – Lisbon Hybrid

Description
- Lead in-house creative work and act as the company’s primary design resource
- Create marketing materials such as web pages, digital advertisements, presentations, social content, and one-pagers
- Handle company-wide creative requests while balancing rapid-turnaround work with strategic campaigns
- Partner with agencies, engineering, and stakeholders to support website operations and maintain visual consistency
- Update web content and manage CMS platforms including Webflow
- Maintain and develop brand standards for typography, logo application, and color systems
- Create and organize reusable presentation decks, one-pagers, social templates, and email/HTML formats
- Turn cross-functional requests into clear creative briefs and deliver polished, brand-aligned work
- Produce and edit video for marketing campaigns and internal communications
- Improve creative workflows by identifying process gaps and building self-service systems for non-designers
Requirements
- Demonstrated graphic design experience supported by a versatile portfolio across multiple asset types
- Strong video editing experience is essential
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Runway, and emerging AI design tools
- Experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems
- Ability to move between quick requests and longer-term strategic projects while maintaining quality
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow is a plus
- Experience creating HTML email marketing templates is a bonus
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
