Description

  • Create and maintain branded materials for print and digital channels
  • Design invitations, flyers, email campaigns, signage, banners, reports, brochures, direct mail, newspaper ads, digital displays, and related collateral
  • Maintain website content and provide coding support when needed
  • Support marketing campaigns for Katz JCC events, community outreach, education, and fundraising
  • Work in person with staff, departments, and organizational leaders
  • Resolve technical and project-related problems
  • Manage multiple brands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Three to five years of professional or volunteer experience in graphic design or multimedia communications
  • Background in graphic design, website management, marketing, and communications
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, video editing tools, content management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience designing email campaigns with Mailchimp or Constant Contact; WordPress experience is a plus
  • Experience with fundraising development or copy editing is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of layout, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design principles
  • Ability to use design software to create visual content and data visualizations
  • Experience designing websites with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Squarespace
  • Ability to work on-site in Cherry Hill, New Jersey during standard business hours
