Description

  • Develop visual concepts for digital and print communications
  • Produce marketing materials including social graphics, brochures, advertisements, and banners
  • Maintain consistent branding and high visual standards across deliverables
  • Partner with marketing and content stakeholders throughout the creative process
  • Coordinate several design assignments while delivering work on schedule
  • Format and finalize assets for digital distribution and print production
  • Adapt and optimize imagery and graphics for different channels
  • Keep current with evolving design practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bring 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite confidently, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A college degree in graphic design or a related discipline is preferred
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of visual composition, layout, and brand standards
  • Understand current graphic design trends and established best practices
  • Apply close attention to detail and uphold quality expectations
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
