Description

  • Join an Allstate Technology Solutions team to deliver high-impact projects
  • Use modern technologies to address practical business challenges
  • Build high-quality, scalable applications and systems for Allstate and its customers
  • Work across the technology stack, including programming languages, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps tools, and front-end and back-end frameworks
  • Support product requirement definition and feature prioritisation
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve goals through iterative, outcome-focused delivery
  • Use design thinking to develop user-centred digital products and address complex problems
  • Build a constructive team culture and engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use results to guide improvements
  • Complete onboarding, business awareness, professional skills, AI fundamentals, and practical AI training
  • Present your development journey after six months of learning and development

Requirements

  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK for employment with Allstate
  • Sponsorship is not available for this programme
  • Be completing, or have completed within the past two years, a practical engineering-focused IT degree or related discipline by September 2027
  • Achieve or have achieved at least a 2:1 degree classification or commendation
  • Have less than one year of relevant professional experience gained after graduation
  • Demonstrate strong foundations in programming and system design
  • Provide current average module marks or your awarded classification if you have graduated
  • Show curiosity, collaborative ability, and enthusiasm for creating meaningful, high-quality products
  • Attend an in-person assessment centre in early November 2026 if shortlisted
