Description
- Prepare quotation drawings in AutoCAD within defined lead times
- Create manufacturing drawings and 3D models in UG NX within defined lead times
- Maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, and design records across PLM, SAP, and departmental databases
- Manage revisions for DAP documents, production drawings, and related engineering documentation
- Design standard and specialized CNC cutting tools according to customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility
- Select and optimize cutting tool geometry, materials, tolerances, and technical specifications
- Maintain revision histories, drawing traceability, and engineering records in line with company procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency with UG NX, CAD/CAM design, and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and drafting
- Working knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation
- Understanding of CNC cutting tool design, tool geometry, and machining principles
- Knowledge of CNC grinding, CNC machining, heat treatment, and coating processes is advantageous
- Strong documentation and records-management skills
