Global Transparency Reporting Analyst – Americas

Support Johnson & Johnson’s transparency disclosures across the Americas. Improve reporting accuracy, governance, automation, and regulatory submission processes.

Description

  • Manage transparency reporting across designated business units and systems to support accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit disclosures under applicable regional and local requirements.
  • Contribute to governance through reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk evaluations, audit-readiness work, and remediation planning.
  • Track and evaluate developing transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure obligations.
  • Help enhance reporting processes, systems, and outputs to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work with technology teams and apply automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to strengthen data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities for reporting capabilities.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance practices.
  • Strong communication abilities with a commercially focused mindset.
  • Proven experience using databases and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector is preferred.
  • Experience with transparency disclosures, such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments, state reporting, or comparable local requirements, is preferred.
  • Experience developing or implementing new systems and tools is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics, visualization, and automation platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or comparable technologies is preferred.
