Translate German-speaking stakeholder needs into clear requirements and specifications for Atos’s digital transformation work. Support Agile delivery through process analysis, collaboration, testing, and enterprise integration activities.
Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Lead workshops and meetings with German-speaking stakeholders
- Convert business needs into user stories, process models, and functional specifications
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners
- Assist with backlog planning and prioritization
- Refine and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- Support acceptance testing and business validation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated Business Analyst experience on IT projects
- Fluent German at a minimum B2/C1 level
- Strong working proficiency in English
- Background in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience facilitating workshops and interviewing stakeholders
- Knowledge of business process modeling methods such as UML
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams
- Ability to explain complex subjects clearly to business and technical audiences
- Experience in the public sector, government, or regulated industries is desirable
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is desirable
- Familiarity with integration initiatives and enterprise systems is desirable
- Experience using Jira and Confluence is desirable
- Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts is desirable
- Experience collaborating in international, distributed teams is desirable
