Fund Accountant – Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Fund Accountant responsible for NAV calculations, financial reporting, and fund administration for CSC. Hybrid Bengaluru position working the UK shift.
Description
- Deliver daily fund administration services while maintaining strong client relationships
- Serve as the primary daily contact for clients and other fund participants
- Respond to client requests and resolve queries
- Follow company policies, procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Calculate NAV, carried interest and performance fees, and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations
- Prepare or review related reports and statements
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting books and records
- Track cash and investment transactions and complete regular reconciliations
- Coordinate and process payments
- Prepare financial statements
- Coordinate annual audits and handle communications with auditors
- Escalate business issues to the supervisor promptly
- Assist with implementing new processes and procedures
- Work with internal teams to address client needs and develop solutions
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- CA fresher qualification
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong time management and client service skills
- Positive outlook with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency with accounting software; Investran or Geneva experience is an advantage
- Availability to work the UK shift
