Full-Stack Engineer (Java/Angular) – Madrid Hybrid

Description
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components for a large-scale critical enterprise platform
- Work with an enterprise Java backend and a modern Angular frontend
- Apply software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and code reviews
- Own features end to end, from database and API design through user interface implementation
- Contribute to software packaging and automated deployment
- Use agile methods, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality features on schedule
- Support new development for a major international client as a senior Java backend developer
Requirements
- Strong Java experience, including current versions such as Java 21
- Professional experience with Spring and Spring Boot
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript and Angular 16 or later
- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices
- Experience with functional or reactive programming
- Experience using Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience working with relational databases
- Strong software testing experience
- Background in agile development methodologies
- Professional fluency in English is essential
- Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes is desirable
- Experience with message brokers, preferably Kafka, is desirable
