- Contribute across the complete software development lifecycle

- Develop backend services using Java and Kotlin
- Create frontend functionality with React
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and coordination for junior team members
- Help shape technical decisions and advance application solutions
Requirements
- At least five years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Strong proficiency in React
- Experience developing enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Ability to independently manage enhancement and corrective maintenance work
- Experience developing JVM-based applications is preferred
- Banking or Fintech experience is preferred
- Prior technical coordination of junior team members is preferred
