Freelance Graphic Designer – Tendem AI Project (Sweden Remote)

Mindrift is seeking a freelance graphic designer for its Tendem AI project. Create logos, brand identities, layouts, infographics, and marketing assets through flexible, project-based remote work.

Description

  • Produce high-quality visual assets for real-world Tendem project applications
  • Develop professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Explore multiple logo directions through conceptual development
  • Apply branding principles consistently across all visual assets
  • Build clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Create reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition techniques
  • Turn raw data and abstract concepts into polished marketing and communications assets
  • Review visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Handle varied visual design assignments independently during active project phases

Requirements

  • Relevant graphic, digital, or visual communications design experience of 1–2 years is desirable
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is a plus
  • A strong portfolio of professional graphic design work, particularly logos, branding, or visual identities
  • Portfolio evidence of original logo concepts and effective translation of brand ideas into visual solutions
  • Examples of social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers are highly valued
  • Excellent command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Adaptable, detail-focused, and comfortable working at a fast pace
  • Able to work independently when solving visual design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to develop original logos and visual identities from initial exploration to final delivery
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Skilled at interpreting creative briefs and turning abstract brand ideas into distinctive concepts
  • Advanced understanding of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to produce modern infographics and social media templates
  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Able to move between one-pagers and digital templates while adapting designs to each medium
  • Committed to delivering polished, professional-quality visual assets
  • Self-directed and capable of managing multiple types of visual work at once
  • CV must include a portfolio link with graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant work will not be considered
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is required
