Freelance Brand Designer - Germany Remote
Create logos, identity systems, and brand guidelines for the Tendem project. Develop consistent visual assets for Mindrift’s AI initiatives across digital and print formats.
Description
- Design distinctive visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
- Produce core brand assets such as logos, complete identity systems, and coordinated color palettes
- Organize and deliver multiple variations of essential brand elements
- Keep internal and external materials consistent, including pitch decks and social media kits
- Develop durable, scalable visual systems that follow current design standards
- Test designs across platforms to confirm that brand aesthetics work effectively in digital and print
- Use brand strategy, visual identity, and design-systems expertise to produce cohesive, contemporary assets
- Refresh visual direction and maintain consistent brand touchpoints across media
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of applying branding across digital and print formats
- Ability to work independently while creating durable visual systems
- Advanced capability in scalable logo design, distinctive color palettes, and typography systems
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
- Ability to adapt brand identities for social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and printed materials
- Experience creating brand guidelines, style guides, and organized asset libraries
- Strategic and detail-oriented approach to design work
- Strong commitment to maintaining visual consistency
- Self-motivated working style with the ability to resolve issues independently
- CV must include a portfolio showcasing branding work
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related creative discipline is advantageous
