- Work with CBT hiring managers to identify current recruitment needs.
- Advertise vacancies across international platforms.
- Find prospective candidates through online channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Screen applicants against role requirements.
- Arrange and conduct initial interviews.
- Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and prospective candidates.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged through to client hire.
Requirements
- Skilled at finding qualified candidates through multiple sourcing methods.
- Familiar with social media, job boards, résumé databases, and professional networks.
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, including interview and candidate assessment methods.
- Experience recruiting for BPO roles.
- Experience working as a freelance recruiter.
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting in Europe, primarily for the French market.
- Fluent in English.
