Description

  • Develop and support agentic AI applications with Claude, API integrations, and modern software engineering practices
  • Convert business processes and workflow requirements into technical designs and functional prototypes, including Custom Skills
  • Create dependable agent workflows using tools, structured outputs, retrieval, and appropriate human review
  • Help shape solution patterns that balance usability, performance, maintainability, and safety
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external platforms through APIs, services, and data pipelines
  • Support read-focused and low-risk workflow connections with business systems and internal applications
  • Use relational databases and data-storage approaches to support application state, retrieval, and audit trails
  • Travel up to 10%

Requirements

  • Eligibility to obtain and retain Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance, with approved adjudication required before onboarding
  • Existing Public Trust or Suitability clearance is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least four years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a comparable technical position
  • At least two years of recent hands-on experience developing generative AI, LLM, or agentic systems
  • Experience with Claude APIs, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, tool use, or comparable LLM platforms
  • Background integrating applications through APIs, services, or workflow automation
  • Anthropic Academy coursework or certificates is preferred
  • Ability to produce reliable, maintainable, and thoroughly documented software
  • Anthropic partner training, certification, or an equivalent Claude-focused credential is preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and fundamental data-modeling principles
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, or vector search
  • Familiarity with agentic workflow design, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop approaches
  • Exposure to AI evaluation methods such as testing, validation, and quality assessment
  • Familiarity with application-service logging, monitoring, and observability
  • Experience supporting internal platforms, client deployments, or enterprise software delivery
