Description

  • Partner with product, finance process, and technical teams to design and configure solutions that address business needs
  • Use ERP financial design and configuration best practices to deliver scalable, auditable solutions
  • Configure and support Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany modules
  • Contribute to user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups for effective Scrum delivery
  • Assist with change management, training, and testing across user groups
  • Review existing Oracle EBS processes and assess business requirements
  • Convert business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Support effective implementation across Oracle EBS applications
  • Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Assist with process migration in line with Agile practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of experience as a business, finance, or product analyst working with Oracle ERP
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany applications and their underlying business processes
  • Strong analytical ability and experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Practical exposure to Agile development methods
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial compliance
  • SAFe Agilist or comparable Agile certification is preferred
  • Oracle EBS General Ledger certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS financial processes, configuration, and solution design is preferred
  • Experience managing quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and adopting new features is preferred
