- Develop, maintain, and refine recurring finance dashboards and reports
- Automate reporting processes and keep supporting queries accurate and current
- Reconcile data across production systems, Salesforce, Rillet, Metabase, and financial reports
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial and operational data
- Maintain models supporting invoicing, revenue reporting, collections, fee payments, refunds, and forecasting
- Coordinate data and reporting changes across Salesforce, Rillet, production systems, and Finance
- Keep identifiers connected, establish authoritative data sources, and maintain consistent definitions and logic
- Monitor data quality and implement controls and alerts for upstream failures, logic changes, and unusual movements
- Support finance, invoicing, and related operational workflows
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in financial data analysis or analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards with Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools
- Professional experience working with financial data
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to detect trends and anomalies
- Ability to turn unclear business questions into structured analysis
- Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup setting
- Experience supporting finance, operations, or revenue teams with reporting is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare payments, or another regulated industry is an advantage
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
