Description
- Review basis-of-estimate documentation and cost narratives against RFP requirements
- Model scenarios and sensitivities involving staffing, rates, and fee strategies for competitive bids
- Use historical program finances and operational results to shape win themes, value propositions, and efficiency proposals
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new offerings, tools, and services, including managed services, cloud migrations, and analytics solutions
- Analyze pipeline and portfolio performance through revenue and margin forecasts plus risk and opportunity reviews
- Recommend staffing, technology investments, and process improvements using financial and operational data
- Explain how solution changes—including disaster recovery cloud migration, automation, and new services—affect current programs and recompete positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 14 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 12 years, or PhD/JD with at least 9 years
- Generally, 3–5 or more years in financial analysis, program control, FP&A, or business analysis
- Background supporting government contracts in defense, federal, state/local, or comparable settings
- Proposal, pricing, capture, or recompete experience is strongly preferred
- Experience partnering with Program Management, Capture, and Business Development teams on pursuits and portfolio expansion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
- US citizenship is required
