Support U.S. government contractors across the full federal contract lifecycle, from solicitation through closeout. Advise on agreements, negotiations, compliance, risk, and federal contract vehicles.

- Manage pre-award through closeout activities for multiple clients, contract types, and federal contract vehicles
- Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, deliverables, action plans, and contract priorities with client leaders and program management teams
- Advise on competitive, sole-source, and directed prime and subcontract awards
- Assess complex solicitations, proposal compliance obligations, awards, modifications, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare, review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, joint ventures, GSA Contractor Teaming Arrangements, and consulting agreements
- Lead client discussions and negotiations covering proposals, modifications, termination settlements, and requests for equitable adjustment within delegated authority
- Develop compliance matrices and contract briefs to support alignment with FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency supplements
- Keep contract systems, deliverables, metrics, SAM.gov registrations, Service Contract Reporting, and required certifications accurate and current
- Act as a primary client liaison by leading status meetings, surfacing risk and noncompliance promptly, and adapting to client systems, communication styles, and risk tolerances
- Coach junior team members and support shared learning within the contracts practice
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on contract and subcontract management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong practical knowledge of FAR, federal acquisition policy, proposal compliance, flowdowns, and contract risk management
- Direct experience handling NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, modifications, negotiations, and full-lifecycle contract administration
- Familiarity with GWACs and multiple-award vehicles, including OASIS+, NASA SEWP, Alliant, Polaris, STARS, or comparable federal contract vehicles
- Ability to independently manage multiple clients, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines with sound judgment and clear communication
- Confidence advising program managers, executives, and client stakeholders while knowing when to research, escalate, and follow through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel
- Preferred experience in consulting, shared services, outsourced contracts management, or multi-client advisory work
- Preferred contractor-side GovCon experience with direct involvement in federal contract operations
- Preferred experience with DoD, DFARS, or agency supplements
- CFCM certification preferred
- Preferred experience with SBIR/STTR, OTAs, or other nonstandard FAR-based instruments
- Experience mentoring junior contracts professionals preferred
