Description
- Guide clients from mortgage application through closing while resolving concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, personal contacts, and past clients.
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances to recommend suitable loan products.
- Review credit, employment, income, assets, property details, and related documentation.
- Strengthen mortgage referral relationships and communicate the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
- Educate clients on home purchases, refinancing, and mortgage management.
- Build and manage a book of business to increase referrals and revenue.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners.
- Keep current with Rocket Mortgage products, qualification standards, and process updates.
- Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation.
Requirements
- Professional experience originating mortgage loans.
- Active state and federal licensing.
- Demonstrated success generating referrals and increasing lead volume.
- Strong professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Three or more years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
- Interest in working and developing professionally in an entrepreneurial environment.
