Description
- Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing while resolving concerns
- Develop referral relationships with professionals and promote the Rocket brand
- Assess client finances and recommend suitable loan products
- Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and related documentation for qualification
- Strengthen mortgage referral partnerships and communicate the value of working with Rocket Mortgage
- Educate clients about home purchases and refinancing
- Build and manage a book of business to increase referrals and revenue
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and referral partners
- Keep current with loan products, qualification standards, and process updates
- Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation
Requirements
- Experience originating mortgage loans
- Active state and federal licenses
- Demonstrated success securing referrals and generating leads
- Strong professional communication, time management, teamwork, results orientation, and critical or strategic thinking skills
- Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred
- Motivation to work and develop in an entrepreneurial environment
