Event Design Coordinator – Remote in Norway
Coordinate print and digital creative production for Tether.to’s blockchain-powered digital finance products. Partner with designers, vendors, and global teams to deliver accurate, high-quality event materials on schedule.
Description
- Act as the main contact for creative requests related to events
- Define each request’s deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue or vendor constraints, and brand requirements
- Identify conflicting schedules, impractical turnaround times, and missing details, then recommend viable approaches
- Give designers complete and well-structured project briefs
- Oversee several event workstreams simultaneously across teams and deadlines
- Monitor request progress and raise potential bottlenecks early
- Assess creative outputs for brand alignment, copy accuracy, resolution, color settings, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements
- Identify issues such as spelling errors, incorrect dimensions, poor-resolution exports, broken links, and obsolete logos
- Develop and maintain a scalable quality-assurance checklist and workflow
- Organize event assets, briefs, and approved deliverables in a shared drive
- Keep vendor information, production requirements, and project learnings up to date
- Plan for vendor lead times, print production schedules, scope adjustments, and shipping risks
- Include contingency time and backup plans in project schedules
- Work directly with vendors and print or production partners
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely, proactive updates
- Coordinate communication between business requesters and the design team
- Improve request intake and creative review workflows on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with substantial event work
- Demonstrated experience overseeing print and digital production workflows
- Working knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print-production specifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle concurrent cross-functional requests with competing deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience evaluating designers’ work and providing clear, actionable feedback
- A proactive approach focused on identifying and mitigating risks
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders across teams and differing priorities
- Familiarity with Asana, Monday, or comparable project-management tools
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design-review tools
- Experience creating shared-drive structures or team asset libraries
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Italian is an advantage
- A degree is required
